Our local suppliers provide fresh ingredients, so that our on-board Chef can take you on a Gourmet tour of Croatian cuisine. Sea delicacies and some traditional meat courses make for a great experience.

What can we say about a Gulet Cruise holiday?
Morning Routine
Start the day with breakfast at our outdoor dining table. Afterwards, settle on the stern deck with a coffee and a book, or enjoy the view as another island day begins.
How far do we sail?
We cruise for up to four hours a day, leaving plenty of time to swim in sheltered bays, explore island towns and relax on deck. Each day’s route follows the weather and local conditions.
Where do we lunch?
Lunch is prepared on board and enjoyed around our outdoor table, often with a quiet bay as the backdrop. There is time to swim, share a meal and relax into the afternoon.
What happens in the evening?
We often spend the night at anchor in a bay. For town visits, organised water-taxi transfers are included, giving you time to explore ashore. Your captain will explain the day’s arrangements.
What does our crew do?
Your captain, chef, host and deckhand take care of navigation, meals, service and safety. Your crew of four is here to help you feel at home and make the most of your week aboard Alisa.
